“You can’t change the past, but you can start now and make positive changes moving forward.”

—Author Stephanie Sterlings in “Go Fund You”

The journey that led Stephanie Sterlings to write Go Fund You began about 20 years ago, when her son, Anthony, was growing up. The school curriculum didn’t teach goal setting and money management with any real-life applicability, so Stephanie saw an opportunity to instill her own wisdom.

Anthony learned so much more from his Mom than how to ride a bike.

Anthony took her lessons to heart, and it became clear as the years passed that he’d manifested them in such a way that he had an incredible advantage over his peers. Only then did Stephanie truly understand the enormous impact of learning these crucial lessons at a young age—to shape habits before they’d even been formed.

Stephanie has been a financial advisor with a well-known, nationwide financial services firm since 2007, and in that time, she has helped thousands of people improve their financial literacy and accumulate massive wealth. Still, she felt like it wasn’t enough. She yearned to make even more of a difference, to touch as many lives as possible.

Though she’d never even considered the possibility of writing a book, she was inspired to do so when the concept was put forth at a personal development seminar she attended. She committed to the idea and jumped in with both feet, knowing that this book would be her legacy and would have a positive effect on countless readers for years to come.

Stephanie lives in Edmonds, Washington, with her husband, Mark, and Yorkshire Terrier, Sadie. Stephanie Sterlings is her pen name. Go Fund You is her first book.
